The Contemporary line is part of Sigma Global Vision and is the perfect blend of image quality and compact size. The large aperture is ideal for low light and for creating depth of field and its small size makes it highly portable.
At wide-open aperture and throughout the aperture range, this lens effectively reduces optical aberrations and provides excellent resolution. During video recording, the optical design and stepping motor provide smooth auto focus, and the mount has special sealing for dust- and splash-proof design.
