Canon EOS R1 Body - Professional Full-Frame Mirrorless Digital Camera with 24.2MP Stacked CMOS Sensor and Cross-Type AF - New

Professional-Grade Full-Frame Performance

The Canon EOS R1 stands as Canon's top-of-the-line full-frame professional mirrorless camera, built for professionals working in fast action situations. Carrying on the legacy of the Canon EOS-1D X Mark III digital SLR, this camera delivers exceptional AF performance, speed, durability and reliability that 1-series shooters expect.

Revolutionary 24.2MP Stacked CMOS Sensor

At the heart of the EOS R1 is a new Canon-designed 24.2MP full-frame back-illuminated stacked CMOS sensor with Dual Pixel AF. This sensor architecture enables lightning-fast readout speeds and introduces Cross-type AF at the imaging sensor — a first for Canon mirrorless cameras.

Advanced Processing Power

The new DIGIC Accelerator works in tandem with the DIGIC X Image Processor to handle demanding tasks like eye control, metering, and complex AF calculations for better and faster overall performance. The built-in neural upscaling feature can double horizontal and vertical image size to create a 96MP JPEG in approximately 10 seconds.

Pre-Continuous Shooting Technology

Never miss a critical moment with pre-continuous shooting that captures the previous 1/2-second of images prior to a full shutter release, ensuring you capture the action even before you press the shutter button.
